Jackson rockers Empty Atlas play The Nick on July 1. Drawing for Greek Mythology, Mississippi storytelling, and a few contemporary influences, the group will perform material from their new album, Hestia.
Hailing from the Windy City, West of Staley brings their youthful jazz sound to Red Hills Brewing Company on July 7. Homewood’s own brewery will host a night of jazz standards, smooth R&B, and some Chicago-born originals.
