30 Year Anniversary Tour: The Posies at Saturn
The Posies were creating contemplative, layered alt rock just a few miles north of the home of grunge in its heyday. Thirty years later, the lineup that gave us “Dream All Day” is on tour to celebrate the re-release of three formative albums. They play at Saturn on June 8.

Riding in from Austin, Texas, The Sword will play at Zydeco tonight a 9 p.m. Their set is an inescapable fusillade of rock in its heaviest forms, with pounding riffs and progressive interludes that are both unexpected and viscerally satisfying.
